How does investing work?

We use groundbreaking software that is private, secure and simple-to-use. Our online platform allows accredited investors to access, review and invest in unique real estate opportunities across the Southeast. Using the platform, investors can view investment offerings, sign legal documents, and review due diligence materials to make informed investment decisions. We streamlined the real estate wealth building process.

Do you charge a fee to invest?

Not at all. Our platform is free for investors. We do not charge any upfront fees to participate in any of the investments on our platform. Each project has an outlined business plan with the costs, fees and financial projections for investors to review prior to investing. Ready to start? You can create your account here. 

Who can invest in an offering?

Our offerings are open to accredited investors. An accredited investor is a person with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000, or has an individual or joint net worth exceeding $1 million excluding their primary residence. If interested in an offering, please consult with an attorney or financial advisor prior to making an investment to review your individual requirements.

How is my information secured?

What types of investments will I have access to inside the investor portal?

We feature direct real estate investments that have been vetted to match our investors goals. These include residential, multifamily, retail, special use, industrial, development and fund opportunities.

Am I able to invest in more than one project at a time?

Yes, you can invest in multiple offerings at the same time as an investor from inside your dashboard. Prior to investing in an offering, please consult with an attorney or financial advisor to review your individual requirements.

However, if you need to increase your investment in a current offering or across multiple projects simultaneously, you can contact us at to upgrade your account. 

How will I handle my tax accounting once I have made an investment?

Our real estate investment management software was designed for investors by investors. All tax and financial documentation related to your investment(s) are uploaded directly to your private and secure Investor Dashboard. You can easily download these documents right from the platform.

Is there an exit strategy if I need to cash out of an investment?

Real estate investments by their very nature have a longer term time horizon than that of liquid stocks or bonds. Each investment will have a thoroughly detailed business plan that will outline the timeline to realize the investment and may vary from 1 year to 10+ years. Please read and understand each investment offering carefully before making an investment.
